Windsor Day: (Day Trip 1 1/2 hours)- First, stop at Simon Pearce Glass. Watch internationally renowned hand blown glass being created and equally famous pottery from a special catwalk viewing area. Then stop at Harpoon Breweries for a tour of one of the top micro-breweries in the US. As time permits we will stop at the Vermont Craft Center, with its outstanding selection of local wares.
Brattleboro Outlet Shops: 12 Factory outlets including Van Heusen, Carters, and Mary Meyer.
Historic Deerfield Village: (Day Trip 1 1/4 hours)- Along an uncommonly beautiful street stand twelve handsome 18th & 19th century houses now open to the public. This guided tour highlights the interesting antiques, silver, and porcelain of the period.
Bennington Day: (Day Trip 3/4 hour)- First visit the Bennington Battle Monument whose cornerstone was laid in 1887. An elevator takes you to the observation deck of this 306-foot tall structure. Then go on to the Bennington Museum, which houses the largest public collection of Grandma Moses.
Wilson Castle: (Day Trip 2 hours)- Take a guided tour of this Mid-19th century architectural masterpiece. European and far Eastern furnishings, manicured walkways on this 115-acre estate.
Wilmington, Vermont: Quaint shops and galleries with unique Vermont items and locally made goods.
Hogback Mountain: Enjoy the spectacular 100-mile view and browse the large gift shop for Vermont souvenirs.
Greyhound Racing: It's off to the races. Spend the afternoon (or evening) at the Dog Track in Hinsdale, New Hampshire. Always fun and sometimes profitable.
Hildene: (Day Trip - 1 hour) Tour the restored Georgian Revival Mansion owned by Robert Todd Lincoln and his descendants until 1975. Hear the 1908 Aeolian organ, see the original furnishings and personal family effects. Picturesque views from the formal garden. ***great discount shopping nearby***
Lake Whitingham Boat Ride: Enjoy Lake Whitingham from the water. Spend a delightful hour and a half cruising Vermont's largest totally enclosed lake. Entertainment on board.
Connecticut River Boat Trip: Ride on the historic Connecticut River for a 1 1/2 hour narrated tour aboard the Belle of Brattleboro. A very enjoyable and informative ride on this historic river.
Train Ride: (Day Trip - 1 hour) Aboard the Green Mountain Flyer. A 26-mile trip in restored coaches pulled by vintage diesel locomotives. View the Brockway Mills Gorge, two covered bridges, farms, and river valleys.
Cathedral of the Pines (Day Trip - 1 1/2hours) A unique inspirational landmark and a national memorial to patriotic sacrifice. The only national monument to women who served in times of war.
Calvin Coolidge Estate (Day Trip 1 1/2hours) This is the boyhood home of our thirtieth President as well as the place he was sworn into office. The ten buildings and the grounds make up a prime example of a late 19th and early 20th Century rural village that has been perfectly preserved.
Stratton Mountain Gondola: Ride the enclosed 8 person lift to see some breathtaking sights! Spectacular views of the Green Mountains from 4,000 feet.

Adams Farm: (Day trip 1/2 hour)- First enjoy a tractor drawn hayride and tour of the farm. Then experience a live "hands-on" milking demonstration. Refreshments served.
Yankee Candle Factory and Bavarian Christmas Village: (Day Trip 1 ½ hours)- Visit the "Scenter of New England". Tour the world famous Yankee Candle Factory and even dip your own candles! The Bavarian Christmas Village was years in the planning and is unequaled in the US.
Park McCullough Mansion: Take a guided tour of this 35 room Victorian Mansion built in 1865. Step back into a gilded age. See family treasures and stroll around the gardens and grounds.
