The Kitzhof has 24 rooms. All rooms have own bathroom and TV.

Charges are made per person occupancy not room size.
We have 2 Family Suites, 4 Family Rooms, 6 Queen Rooms, 2 Queen + Single Rooms, 5 Double Rooms, 2 Triple Rooms, 2 Pet Rooms.
Rooms 8,9 and 10 can be sold as single occupancy but all others will be sold as minimum double occupancy even if just single requested.

Some rooms have A/C in summer months.

Room 1

Triple - (Max. capacity 5 people)

2 Doubles + 1 Twin bed.
This room sleeps from 2 to 5 people and is ideal for small groups or families with 2 double beds and one twin bed.
TV and own bathroom with tub/shower.

Room 2

2 Doubles + 1 Twin bed.
This room sleeps from 2 to 5 people and is ideal for small groups or families with 2 double beds and one twin bed.

Room 3

Double - (Max. capacity 4 people)

2 Double beds.
This room sleeps from 1 to 4 people with 2 double beds
TV and own smaller bathroom with shower.

Room 4

2 Double beds.
This is a more spacious room that sleeps from 2 to 4 people.
TV and own bathroom with tub/shower.

Room 5

2 Double beds.
This is a more spacious room that sleeps from 2 to 4 people.
TV and own bathroom with tub/shower.

Room 6

Queen - (Max. capacity 3 people)

1 Queen + 1 Twin bed.
This room is more spacious room that sleeps from 2 to 3 people.
TV and own bathroom with tub/shower. Recently renovated sink and bathroom.

Room 7

Queen + Murphy - (Max. capacity 3 people)

1 Queen bed + pull out Murphy bed.
This is a more spacious room with an arm chair and sleeps from 2 to 3 people. The queen bed features as the main bed but if an extra person needs a bed the Murphy twin pulls out of the wall cupboard.
TV and own bathroom with shower. Recently renovated sink and bathroom.

Room 8

Double/Single - (Max. capacity 2 people)

1 Double bed.
A smaller room but comfortable that can sell as a single or a double occupancy.

Room 9

Queen - (Max. capacity 2 people)

1 Queen bed.
A smaller room but comfortable that can sell as a single or a double occupancy.
Features flat sceen TV and own bathroom with shower. Recently renovated sink and bathroom.

Room 10

Double/Single - (Max. capacity 2 people)

1 Double bed.
This room is smaller but can sleep a cozy 2 if necessary but usually sells as a single.
The shower bathroom is small but adequote.

Room 11

Double + Twin - (Max. capacity 3 people) Pet

1 Double + 1 Twin bed.
This room sleeps from 2 to 3 people. This room is emaculately cleaned after each use but can be sold as a pet room with 1 dog (travel cage not provided but required).

Room 12

Queen + sofabed - (Max. capacity 4 people)

1 Queen + sofa bed. This room is a demi suite room with sitting area that can convert to a pull out double sofa bed suitable for children up to 12 years of age only.

Queen + Twin - (Max. capacity 3 people)

1 Queen + 1 Twin bed.
This is a bright sunny room that sleeps from 2 to 3 people. Ideal for a 1 child family.

Room 14

Queen + sofabed - (Max. capacity 3 people)

1 Queen bed.
This room usually sells a queen but can take an extra child (up to 12 yrs) if needed.
This rooms also sells with room 15 as a bigger "Family Suite". There is an internal locking door between rooms. This door is always locked when sold separately.

Room 15

2 Twin + Bunk - (Max. capacity 4 people)

2 Twin + Bunk beds.
This room has 2 twins and a bunk ideal for 4 adults travelling together (if one does not mind the upper bunk). Also ideal for up to 4 children. This room also sells with room 14 as part of the "Family Suite". There is an internal locking door between rooms. This door is always locked when sold seperately.
TV and own bathroom with tub/shower.

Room 16

2 Twin + Bunk + single futon (Max. capacity 5 people)

2 Twin + Bunk beds.
This room has 2 twins, a bunk and pull out single futon, ideal for 5 adults travelling together (if one does'nt mind the upper bunk). Also ideal for upto 5 children if sold with room 17.
This room also sells with room 17 as part of the "Family suite". There is an internal locking door between rooms. This door is always locked when sold seperately.

Room 17

Queen - (Max. capacity 2 people)

1 Queen bed.
This room has a larger sitting area with a small sofa.
This rooms also sells with room 16 as a bigger "Family Suite". Good views over our covered bridge, gardens and brook. There is an internal locking door between rooms. This door is always locked when sold seperately.

Room 18

2 Double + futon- (Max. capacity 5 people)

2 Double beds + pullout futon.
This room is more spacious room that sleeps from 2 to 5 people if doubling up in the beds and pulling out the futon. ideal for a small family.
TV and own bathroom with tub/shower.

Room 19

1 Queen + Bunk beds.
This is the first of our "Family Room"s. The queen bed room has a connecting bunk room divided by shutters. The shutters may be closed off when sold as a queen when bunk room not required.

Room 20

1 Queen, Bunk + 1 Twin bed.
This is a larger capacity "Family Room" with internal connecting rooms that have a dividing door for privacy. Ideal for familys up to 3 kids.
2 TVs and own bathroom with shower. This room is air conditioned in the summer.

Room 21

1 Queen bed.
This room sells as family room with 21a and sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids or as a Queen with 2 aduls and room 21a locked off.
TV and own bathroom with shower.

Room 21a

1 Bunk bed.
Usually sells with room 21 as a "Family Room" but can be sold seperately with the interconnecting door locked off. When sold seperately the bathroom for this room is just down the hall but has own sink and toilet in the room.

Room 22

1 Queen, Bunk + 1 Twin bed.
This is a larger capacity "Family Room" with an internal connecting room that has a dividing door for privacy. Ideal for familys up to 3 kids.
TV and own bathroom with shower. This room is air conditioned in the summer.

Room 23

Queen - (Max. capacity 2 people)

1 Queen bed.
